JHVinylShop ships exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We currently ship only within the United States and select U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Customers may choose from the following shipping options when available:

(Economy Shipping)

USPS Ground Advantage®
(Recommended Upgrade)

USPS Priority Mail®
(Recommended Upgrade)

FREE USPS Media Mail® includes shipping for up to five (5) vinyl records. Orders containing more than five records incur a $2.50 shipping adjustment for each additional record. Multi-record albums and box sets are counted according to the number of records they contain.

USPS Ground Advantage® and USPS Priority Mail® rates are calculated in real time directly through USPS based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

USPS Ground Advantage® is the recommended shipping option for collectible vinyl records and includes USPS tracking and available USPS insurance coverage.

Certain items may not qualify for Media Mail shipping. When an order contains one or more non-Media-Mail-eligible items, the FREE USPS Media Mail® option will automatically be removed and only eligible shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking information is provided once USPS accepts the package and it enters transit. Please verify that your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. JHVinylShop is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Payments

JHVinylShop accepts payment through secure third-party payment processors. Available payment methods may include PayPal, major credit and debit cards, Cash App Pay, and other express checkout methods displayed during checkout.

All payment information is processed securely through the applicable payment provider. JHVinylShop does not store or retain customer credit card or banking information.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized and received.

Returns & Refunds

Media Mail shipments are sold as-is and are generally not eligible for returns or refunds. Customers who choose FREE USPS Media Mail® acknowledge and accept the limitations of this shipping method.

For orders shipped using USPS Ground Advantage® or USPS Priority Mail®, order issues, damaged shipments, or delivery problems may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

ElasticStage products are manufactured on demand and are non-refundable. Certain third-party products may also be non-refundable depending on supplier policies and product type.

Any exception, replacement, refund, or store credit is solely at the discretion of JHVinylShop and will be evaluated individually based on the circumstances of the order.
