JHVinylShop’s DAS & ACT-0001 ARE VALUABLE

Official briefing and disclosure

DAS – Digital Actor Standards

DAS is our commitment to transparency, consistency, and respect when creating with AI.

When we create images on AI platforms, it helps to understand how the technology actually works. These systems do not copy and paste a photo. They recreate an image from scratch every single time using neural networks. The model has learned patterns from millions of images and then predicts what your prompt should look like, pixel by pixel, frame by frame.

Because of that, every render is a brand new interpretation. This is what we call render drift, and it is completely normal with generative AI. Without a consistent standard in place, an AI character can change from one image to the next – even inside the same model.

Why characters drift (and why it gets worse)

Change the camera angle from a medium shot to a wide shot and the model may reinterpret body proportions. If a character’s face leaves the frame for even one render and then comes back, the model is likely to create a new, slightly different face when it returns. Switch from one AI platform to another and that drift becomes even larger, because each model has its own unique way of imagining.

This also ties into AI hallucinations. AI is incredibly creative, but it does not know what it does not know. If a detail is missing, unclear, or outside of its training – the system will confidently make something up to fill in the blank. It is not an error. It is the model doing exactly what it was built to do: generate.

Maintaining a single subject across multiple renders is therefore one of the biggest challenges in generative imaging. Without a system to anchor it, you do not have a digital actor. You have a series of look-alikes.

How JHVinylShop DAS fixes drift at the source

JHVinylShop’s DAS was built to fix drift at the source. It is not just a prompt – it is a complete consistency system you can take anywhere. It starts with the Yumi ACT-0001 Rule Sets.

Works across AI platforms

The same package works across Gemini, Meta AI, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor, local apps, and other image tools – not locked to one vendor. Use the best AI available today and switch tomorrow without rebuilding your character from scratch.

Yumi ACT-0001 Rule Sets
The foundation. Instead of describing Yumi over and over, we operate from a single, locked Rule Set for ACT-0001. It defines her canonical identity – face structure, body proportions, age range, skin tone, movement style, and what is never allowed to change. Every render must obey the Rule Set first. That saves you time and cuts down on wasted generations chasing a face that keeps changing.

Photographic Reference Data
We do not rely on the AI’s imagination of a person. DAS is anchored in real photographic reference data – curated reference points that teach every model what Yumi actually looks like from every angle. This gives the neural network a true north to return to, so you spend less time fixing drift and more time creating.

Structure Flow and Detail Accuracy
Our anti-drift engine. Structure Flow locks in the underlying anatomy and skeleton, so camera angle changes do not warp proportions. Detail Accuracy locks in the micro-details – eyes, nose, lips, hairline, hands – so if her face leaves the screen and comes back, it is the same face. No more face-swapping between cuts.

Textual Prompt + Custom Tailored JSON Output
Most people only use a text prompt, which is why models hallucinate. DAS pairs the text with a structured, machine-readable JSON data layer that tells any model exactly how to interpret that prompt. If something is unknown, the JSON tells the model not to make it up. It closes the gaps where hallucinations happen and forces consistent interpretation across platforms.

What you get (why it is worth using)

One character, many tools

Build with ChatGPT today, try Gemini tomorrow, experiment on Meta or a local app – the same Yumi shows up because the rules, refs, and JSON travel with you.

A complete ship-ready package

The Yumi Builder above assembles reference images, contact sheet, prompts, and JSON in one zip – attach, paste, generate. No guessing what to include or in what order.

Fewer do-overs

Less prompt roulette, less “that is not her face,” less starting over because the model drifted. DAS is built to reduce retry loops and get you to usable results faster.

Creative freedom without losing the character

Change pose, scene, wardrobe, and camera in Step 2 – identity stays locked while you explore shots. Fan art, social posts, personal projects, your own site: you keep control of who Yumi is.

Free and portable

DAS-ACT-0001 is free to use, share, and adapt (with credit, non-commercial). Download lite or full, or use the hosted Builder – no subscription, no account, nothing uploaded to our server when you customize in your browser.

The result: character consistency from shot to shot, model to model, and platform to platform. You get accuracy instead of approximation – a standard that travels with you whether you render in the cloud or on your own machine. DAS gives creators a positive, ethical, human-supervised way to use the best AI tools available without losing control of their star. DAS does not fight the AI – it guides it.
