We go above and beyond! We aren't shy about using additional packaging material to be 100% certain that your products will reach you safely. Bubbles and Cushioning, Extra Tape, or even wrapping the parcel contents in a Water Tight Seal for weather accommodations isn't out of the question. We always put in the extra dedication, efforts, and focus to achieve exceptionally well packaged parcels.

USA Domestic Free Shipping Policy
At JHVinylShop, we strive to provide the most efficient and reliable shipping services to our valued customers.

This policy applies to all Domestic Shipments within the United States, including the Continental USA (Lower 48 States), Alaska, Hawaii, and US Outlying Islands.
Shipping Method
Our standard shipping method is USPS Media Mail, which provides reliable and cost-effective delivery. However, we reserve the right to upgrade or alter the shipping method if needed, in which case you will be promptly notified. We have a $10.00 Flat Rate Shipping Fee for all USA Domestic Orders of $100.00 or less. Orders greater than $100.00 ship 100% Free!
Tracking and Insurance
To help better provide seamless tracking and security, USPS Tracking is included 'Complimentary' with every order! Free Shipping and Complimentary Insurance Coverage is also provided on all orders of $100 and greater for added peace of mind while your order is in transit. We also may include Signature Confirmation on certain occasions too. Above, beyond, and into the cosmos for a flawless win!
Delivery Timeframe
Our shipping team strives to deliver your orders within 2-14 working days from Payment Confirmation for a Prompt Delivery. Our delivery is almost always much quicker than the 'Estimated Timeframe' depicts and we express a 2-14 working day estimate only to provide you a respectfully broad window which accommodates any potential surprises that may journey beyond anyone's control.

Our standard shipping policy is to deliver within the United States. However, we may accommodate international sales and shipping on an individual and personal basis, subject to our discretion. If you intend to make an international purchase, please contact us at JHVinylShop directly before placing your order. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the order without notice.
Please note that 'Free Shipping' DOES NOT apply to international transactions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns & Refunds
We value you! Refunds will be evaluated on an individual basis, taking into account all individual circumstances, and specific details. We highly encourage customers to contact us so we can work collaboratively to resolve any issues. Contacting us direct will result in the most favorable resolution for you and us at JHVinylShop both.
Please note that our products are unique and may not be available for replacement. This is one of several reason's it's important that we work together to resolve any issue that may arise.
If you opt to NOT work with us to resolve any disputes or issues then a refund can be granted, but only after we receive the item in its original condition, with all original packaging intact, and with all required documentation included. The refund amount will be the original purchase price, less any shipping costs or additional fees, and will only be credited back to the original payment method. A $10.00 USD 'Restocking Fee' should also be anticipated. We regret that we cannot cover any of your return shipping costs or fees.
